Wii Backup Manager is a program to copy Wii games from your computer to a USB drive so you can play the games on your Wii. It also can download game covers from GameTDB and can be used to list what games you have. This tutorial will tell you how to copy over games from your computer to your USB drive. The other features are able to be used in the easy-to-use interface.

Go to the Drive 1 tab, then select Drive. Select the drive that you’re using for the Wii games. Go to the Files tab, then select Add. Select Files to add multiple games to the program, or select Folder to add a whole folder of games. Sd:wiiflow/covers or if you are using fat 32 drive, usb:wiiflow/boxcovers usb:wiiflow/covers or usb:apps/wiiflow/boxcovers usb:apps/wiiflow/covers you can do it with sdcard too Open up the wiiflow.ini and see where the covers are going, then make it the same on your sdcard or usb drive.

Usb loader gx will auto download game covers within the settings option. Look for the cog type wheel on the gx loader screen. Click it and from there you can download covers and update USB Loader GX itself. (U do need your Wii connected to the internet for this to work) at least my version of USB Loader GX works this way. 1 - setup your wii's internet connection, just dont update when prompted! 2 - once thats setup, pick a game in CFG usb loader, choose options, choose download cover, and boom! 3 - it'll automatically DL the cover and place in your SD card. Did not try that. Is there another way besides hooking up to the net.

What you need

  • A USB drive

We recommend you use Witgui if you use macOS. Wii Backup Manager doesn’t work on macOS.

To play multiple games, we recommend a USB-powered external hard drive for your Wii. We will refer to it as a “USB drive” in this guide. Most of the ones you can find on the market should work fine if they have USB 2 backwards compatibility. Drives with 1 TB or more in capacity will work. A flash drive will also work, but due to the size of a flash drive, it won’t be able to store as many games.

Make sure your USB drive is formatted as FAT32 or NTFS. Do not format it as other types such as extFS or WBFS, the latter is an old format of storing Wii games.

You probably have many reasons why you want to print your own video game covers. Maybe you are not happy for the box art that came from the manufacturer, maybe the game didn’t come with a case (such as Wii Sports bundled with the Nintendo Wii game system), or you want to replace those flimsy Nintendo Gameboy Advanced boxes that have been crushed. Whatever the reason, rest assure, printing out a video game cover is just as easy as printing one for a DVD case.

How To Download Game Covers For Wii Controller

Follow the steps below to print a Nintendo Gameboy Advance cover to fit the case of a Nintendo DS game:

  1. Scan in the front, back, and side of your GBA box into 3 different images at 300dpi.

  2. Trim off the edges of the each of the scanned images. This is to remove any worn edges of the box.

  3. Resize the front and back of the boxes to 1535×1370.

  4. Clean up the scanned image of the side of the box as this image will be used for the spine of the cover.

  5. Resize the spine to 190×1370 and paste the GBA Spine Logo into the image and align it to the very top. Shift your spine image (game logo) around until it looks good. This is a subjective thing and takes a little tweaking.

  6. Create an image that is 3260×1370 and copy and paste the previous 3 images into it and align them end to end. Save it with a quality of 10 to 12 and you are done.
